Note: All meals are planned and prepared by a Certified Nutritional Practitioner (CNP). We also accommodate vegan, gluten free and vegetarian diets. 

Seasonal fresh fruit accompanies all meals. During the afternoon snack, water, herbal tea and milk are always available in the room. Milk varieties are organic rice milk, almond milk, and cow’s milk. All dairy and meat is purchased from Roast. Produce, snacks, and all other foods are bought from Fiesta Farms and Evergreen Natural Foods.
